Where it concerns the body.
The Scriptures do not teach us that man inherits sin in his body. It is impossible for sin to be transferred through genetic material. Adam, nor Eve, could pass sin to their offspring. Genetic material only produces physical qualities. Sin is not a physical substance, it is a moral issue. Sin will never be found in the genes no matter how many years of study is done.
Where it concerns the soul.
No one is born with sin in the soul. God, who does not not create anything sinful (Ps. 5:4; Habakkuk 1:13), is responsible for creating the souls of man (Ecclesiastes 12:7; Isaiah 42:5; Zechariah 12:1; Hebrews 12:9), and what God creates is perfect and good (James 1:17). It is God who made us and fashioned us in the womb (Job 31:15; Mal. 2:10; Ps. 100:3; Ps. 119:73; Ecc. 7:29).
The Bible does not teach that man inherits sinfulness from Adam. The only thing we inherit from Adam and Eve is a physical body, his DNA.
Sin, which comes by choice of our own free will, separates us from God (Isa. 59:2). If one sins by necessity (because he is supposedly born in sin), then he has no free will!
Man does not come into this world corrupted, he corrupts himself by his own choosing. (Genesis 6:5-7, 11-12; Exodus 32:7-8; Ecclesiastes 7:29; Deut. 31:29; Deut. 32:5-6, 18)
